Please note that due to several absences, both group A & B were slightly restructured to accommodate the difference in players and to ensure fairness throughout the event. Originally, EnCore* was the only player within group A who was present at the event (Wookibert was present yet withdrew at the last moment), yet the tournament structure requires two players from each group to qualify. Therefore, Granola17 was moved from group B to group A as Maze. was absent from group B at the time, this allowed Granola17 and EnCore* to play an extended BO9 series to determine positions for the next week. However, Maze. attended quite late which complicated the draw, a compromised was reached and Maze. was allowed to play from the loser bracket of group B. Please note that officials were unable to involve group C or D within this decision as these groups had already commenced.
Group A & B: EnCore* stormed home within his BO9 extended series against Granola17 as he dominated the series with a 5:0 clean victory to secure a stronger placement within the second week of the event. Granola17 also takes a qualification position by default although this will result in an extremely difficult week two draw, Granola17 will have to fight hard to stay within the event. Meanwhile, Green_ZERO cruised past Death-Sentence' 4:1 to secure first position within group B while Maze. patiently awaited the result within the loser bracket. Death-Sentence' then faced off against Maze. and took the series right down to the wire as Death_Sentence' attempted to pull of the greatest comeback within the tournament. However, Death-Sentence' fell just short giving Maze. a 4:3 victory as Maze. just managed to stray alive within the event.
Group C & D: Inspire_Phx dominated group C with two stunning performances to down both Martok9999 as well as -KiMOsaBE- and secure first position. Martok9999 left after his initial round which combined with OneVISION's absence, left -KiMOsaBE- to take second place by default to proceed to week two. Group D featured several big names including both masterleaf and Unleashed_[UA], both of which secured qualifications positions for the second week of the tournament. masterleaf managed to secure first place after disposing of Unleashed_[UA] in a tight series while both TiberianFuture and Sozdatel' were forced out of the tournament by the two more powerful opponents.

Primary Faction Strike Rule
The strike rules are making a return for the Command Cup 2015, please read this paragraph carefully to see how you can take advantage of this mechanic. The primary faction strike rule can only be used once per match (per best of series) and can only be used by players who have lost at least one game within the series. The primary faction strike rule allows a players to prevent their opponent from selecting a specific faction which also includes the sub factions (and random) associated with this faction. Example, striking GDI will prevent a player from using GDI, ST, ZOCOM and random for one game only.
All 1v1 1.02+ compatible maps are allowed within the tournament, thee are no map limitations within the tournament with the only exception being that you cannot play the same map twice within a single round. Initially, the first map for each bracket will be predetermined by officials, from there it will always be the losers choice.Winner Bracket First Map: Tournament StadiumLoser Bracket First Map: Smashed Town USA
*Example: All players must play Tournament Stadium as their first map while in the winner bracket (including your first opponent), in the event that a players falls to the loser bracket then the first map of any match there will be Smashed Town USA.
